Restaurant FAQ's

  • What are our hours of operation?

  • Monday - Thursday: 10:30 am - 8:30 pm

  • Friday - Saturday: 10:30 am - 9:00 pm

  • Sunday: Closed

  • What are our holiday hours?

    • CLOSED on New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and we close at 2pm on Christmas Eve. 

  • Do you only have one location?

  • We do have only one location, which is located at 900 Conference Drive Suite 9, Goodlettsville, TN 37072.

  • Does Chef’s Market offer any discounts?

  • We offer a 10% discount to first responders and military.

  • Does Chef’s Market take reservations, or offer private dining?

  • We do not take reservations or offer private dining, however we do appreciate a call ahead for a large party so that we can plan accordingly.

  • How can I purchase a Chef’s Market gift card?

  • At this time, all gift cards must be purchased in our restaurant with our cashiers.

  • How can I provide feedback?

    • By emailing contactus@chefsmarket.com.

  • Can I order a whole cake?

  • Whole cakes can be purchased when given 72 hours advance notice.

  • Can I purchase a half cake?

  • Cakes are sold as whole, or by the slice only.

  • Do you offer customizations on cakes?

  • Due to the large amount of cake orders that we receive, we do not offer any cake customizations. They are sold as displayed in our restaurant.

  • What size are your cakes?

  • All cakes are 10” round. Most varieties have four layers (2 pans split into 4). Cheesecakes and tortes are not layered. 

  • Cakes yield 12 large slices in our restaurant, but can be cut smaller at home making 20-24 thin slices instead.

  • Is Chef’s Market open for dine in?

  • Yes we are!

  • Does Chef’s Market offer curbside pick up?

  • Yes we do! All orders can be placed online by following this link: https://www.chefsmarket.com/order#menu?location=chefs-market-cafe-and-takeaway

  • Is Chef’s Market handicap accessible?

  • Yes it is!

  • Does Chef’s Market sell alcohol?

  • We do not sell alcohol, however you are more than welcome to bring your own bottle of wine to enjoy while you are here!

  • Where can I order day-of delivery?

  • For day of restaurant deliveries, you can place an order directly through Premium Food Delivery or GrubHub.
