Experience: Restaurant, Catering, and supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in ensuring that the food we serve always meets or exceeds our standards of excellence. This role is a key leader in the kitchen, working to set the tone for teamwork, accuracy, timeliness, cleanliness, organization, and food quality. The Sous Chef assists in supervising kitchen operations, inventory, trains and mentors staff, and ensures that all standards and procedures are followed. In the absence of the Chef, the Sous Chef assumes responsibility for the operations of the kitchen.
