Experience: Prior kitchen or catering prep experience preferred
Responsibilities
The Catering Prep Cook is responsible for preparing ingredients, following recipes, and assisting in the production of menu items for both on-site and off-site catering events. This role supports the kitchen team by ensuring food is prepped, labeled, stored, and presented according to Chef’s Market standards. The Catering Prep Cook plays an important part in maintaining organization, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen, working efficiently and accurately to meet event deadlines.
