Responsibilities

The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Café. This position ensures exceptional guest experiences through strong leadership, staff development, operational excellence, and high standards in both service and product quality. The Assistant Restaurant Manager helps oversee team members, inventory, service flow, and facility maintenance while actively contributing to the success of sales, catering, and events.
